I had a pleasant stay thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel offers affordable food options and the airport shuttle service is efficient. The cleanliness was great and the hotel facilities were up to standards.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, even organizing a doctor on call for a sick colleague. the location was great, with easy access to attractions such as the Heritage Park and Breakwater cafe. the rooms were clean and comfortable, complete with AC and a lovely pool.
The noise level at the hotel was unbearable at times, with smoking and loud guests from events disturbing sleep.

Great views and helpful staff. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. The laundry service was speedy and efficient.
The breakfast buffet was overpriced for the quality of food offered and the noise level in some of the rooms was quite bothersome. my stay was satisfactory, but improvements could be made in these areas.

The staff were friendly, gracious, and extremely helpful. Deluxe rooms were a significant improvement from standard rooms. The hotel's grounds and pool were well-maintained. The onsite Japanese restaurant and buffet restaurant were enjoyable.

Overpriced! Stayed here for Christmas and was very disappointed. the hotel location was good and the staff were friendly and welcoming. the two restaurants were of good quality, but everything here was overpriced, especially considering the dated and basic room facilities.
The rooms were basic and dated with hardly any amenities, and at extremely overpriced rates. the hotel is in need of maintenance and refurbishing.

I had a great stay at a waterfront hotel with friendly and engaging staff. The room was clean and comfortable, and any defects were quickly fixed. The fresh seafood at the Japanese restaurant was delicious. The hotel's location provided a beautiful waterfront view. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
